Reservations
Upon confirmation of availability, a non-refundable deposit of two hundred euro (€200,00) is required to reserve your space. Full payment is due sixty (60) days prior to the start date of the retreat. If you fail to send the payment by then, Blue Yoga Serifos (BYS) reserves the right to cancel your booking. Admission is at the sole discretion of BYS management and may be denied on any grounds. By booking a retreat you hereby certify that you have read and fully understood the present Terms & Conditions.
Payments
Payments are in euro (EUR) and can be made via direct bank transfer or through PayPal. Participants who have chosen a single room will not qualify for any discount if another participant happens to be alone in a shared room.
Guest Cancellations
Cancellations are effective only once BYS receives your notice and confirms it via email. For cancellations notified until thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the retreat, there is a 50% refund. For cancellations notified 0-30 days prior to the start date, there is no refund. No reimbursement will be granted in case of early departure, late or no show.
Blue Yoga Serifos Cancellations
BYS reserves the right to change or cancel retreats in any circumstance with prior notice. In the unlike event that BYS cancels a retreat or refuses admission, a full refund is granted (excluding travel, any additional lodging, insurance and preparation costs). All refunds are subject to commission and/or bank charges.
Insurance
Please make sure that you have full travel insurance to cover your stay. BYS accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness which may occur during the retreat or traveling to or from it. Throughout the retreat, participants are responsible for their own safety as well as for the safety of their belongings. Therefore, no liability may be accepted against BYS on any such grounds.
Participants are required to inform BYS in case of pre-existing injuries, illnesses or other considerable health conditions (i.e. allergies, etc.).
Privacy Policy
The personal data BYS collects from you when you book a retreat shall not be shared or sold to any third parties, unless to protect your vital interests, or those of another person (i.e. medical emergency).
